Interpersonal Conflicts and attendance issues are heavily represented in peer mediation.

What kind of follow-up is provided?
Attendance and discipline records are reviewed monthly and ap per contract, appropriate adjustments are provided.

Peer mediators must be recommended by school administrators, have a good discipline and academic record and finally be trained in communication skills.
